上切片系统是多层螺旋CT的子系统,是光路系统的主要部件.为了提高CT成像的精度,设计了多层螺旋CT上切片系统,分析了轴承、丝杠、控制系统等对切片厚度及射线聚焦精度的影响,并对上切片系统的精度进行了模拟测试.实际测得重复性误差小于1μm,绝对误差小于10μm.上切片系统精度的提高,有助于确定恰当的治疗方法,提高治疗成功率.
上切片繫統是多層螺鏇CT的子繫統,是光路繫統的主要部件.為瞭提高CT成像的精度,設計瞭多層螺鏇CT上切片繫統,分析瞭軸承、絲槓、控製繫統等對切片厚度及射線聚焦精度的影響,併對上切片繫統的精度進行瞭模擬測試.實際測得重複性誤差小于1μm,絕對誤差小于10μm.上切片繫統精度的提高,有助于確定恰噹的治療方法,提高治療成功率.

The upper slicing system is the main components of the optical system in MSCT. This paper focuses on the design of upper slicing system and its accuracy analysis to improve the accuracy of imaging. The error of slice thickness and ray center by bearings, screw and control system were analyzed and tested. In fact, the accumulated error measured is less than 1μm, absolute error measured is less than 10μm. Improving the accuracy of the upper slicing system contributes to the appropriate treatment methods and success rate of treatment.
