目的检测Notch家族成员在小细胞肺癌(SCLC)组织中基因及蛋白表达水平,揭示Notch家族成员表达与小细胞肺癌发生、发展的关系.方法收集小细胞肺癌新鲜组织,迅速放入液氮中,RT-PCR技术检测Notch-1、Notch-2、Notch-3、Notch-4(N1、N2、N3、N4)的基因表达水平;组织切片行免疫组织化学检测N1、N2、N3、N4蛋白表达水平.所有患者术后均行常规化疗药物治疗.结果10例患者中N1、N2、N3、N4表达程度并不一致,有2例N2表达降低,还有2例N3表达降低.患者预后也不一样,N2表达降低的患者其预后好于表达高的患者,5年生存率达100%.结论 Notch的表达与小细胞肺癌预后可能有关,低表达者预后更好.

목적검측Notch가족성원재소세포폐암(SCLC)조직중기인급단백표체수평,게시Notch가족성원표체여소세포폐암발생、발전적관계.방법수집소세포폐암신선조직,신속방입액담중,RT-PCR기술검측Notch-1、Notch-2、Notch-3、Notch-4(N1、N2、N3、N4)적기인표체수평;조직절편행면역조직화학검측N1、N2、N3、N4단백표체수평.소유환자술후균행상규화료약물치료.결과10례환자중N1、N2、N3、N4표체정도병불일치,유2례N2표체강저,환유2례N3표체강저.환자예후야불일양,N2표체강저적환자기예후호우표체고적환자,5년생존솔체100%.결론 Notch적표체여소세포폐암예후가능유관,저표체자예후경호.
@@@@Objective To examine the gene and protein expression levels of Notch family in the organization of Small Cell Lung Cancer(SCLC) and to investigate the relationship between Notch family expression and the occurrence and development of SCLC. Methods To collect and immediately immerse SCLC patients’ fresh tissues in liquid nitrogen to examine the gene expression levels using RT-PCR technique; to detect the biopsies’ protein expression levels of N1, N2, N3 and N4 through immunohistochemistry. All patients undergo conventional chemotherapy drug 10 patients were inconsistent, two of whose N2 levels decreased while two of whose treatment after surgery. Results The N1, N2, N3 and N4 expression levels of N3 levels decreased. In addition, patients’ prognoses were not the same. With a surviving rate of 100% in five years, those patients with decreased N2 expression levels showed better prognosis than those with higher levels. Conclusion The Notch expression may be related to SCLC patients’ prognosis, as those with low expression showed better prognosis.
