目的观察肿瘤患者的原发灶及转移灶的DWI表现,并探讨全身DWI在肿瘤患者中的应用价值.方法对37例怀疑或确诊为恶性肿瘤的患者,应用3.0T磁共振全身DWI扫描,扫描结果经3D MIP重建,黑白反转,形成类PET影像,并测量病变区域的ADC值.结果恶性肿瘤的原发灶及转移灶的实性成份在DWI图像上均显示为明显的高亮信号,病变区域的ADC值较低,囊变及坏死部分呈以低信号为主的混杂信号,对比度明显高于常规扫描序列,较常规序列可以检出更多更小的病灶.结论磁共振全身DWI具有检查速度快,无需注射造影剂及接受辐射,可以用于肿瘤患者的检测及分期,及肿瘤治疗后的长期随访,为肿瘤患者的治疗提供指导.
目的觀察腫瘤患者的原髮竈及轉移竈的DWI錶現,併探討全身DWI在腫瘤患者中的應用價值.方法對37例懷疑或確診為噁性腫瘤的患者,應用3.0T磁共振全身DWI掃描,掃描結果經3D MIP重建,黑白反轉,形成類PET影像,併測量病變區域的ADC值.結果噁性腫瘤的原髮竈及轉移竈的實性成份在DWI圖像上均顯示為明顯的高亮信號,病變區域的ADC值較低,囊變及壞死部分呈以低信號為主的混雜信號,對比度明顯高于常規掃描序列,較常規序列可以檢齣更多更小的病竈.結論磁共振全身DWI具有檢查速度快,無需註射造影劑及接受輻射,可以用于腫瘤患者的檢測及分期,及腫瘤治療後的長期隨訪,為腫瘤患者的治療提供指導.

@@@@Objective?to observe the performance of DWI in patients with primary tumor and metastases, and discuss the application value of Whole-body DWI in cancer patients. Methods 37 cases confirmed or suspected with malignant tumor underwent Whole-body DWI of 3.0T MRI, all native axial images were reformatted by 3D-MIP, and the grey scale was subsequently inverted against to obtain“PET-like”imaging to,and the ADC values of lesions were measured. Results All solid ingredients of primary or metastasis tumor showed obvious hyperintense in DWI imaging, and low ADC values;the cystic and necrosis parts showed mixed signal with low-signal intensity based. It had significantly higher contrast than that of conventional scanning sequence, and can detect more and small lesions compared with conventional sequence. Conclusion The Whole-body DWI of MRI can be used in the detection and staging of patients with tumor, long-term follow-up after cancer treatment, provide guidance to the treatment with quick scanning speed, no contrast enhancement injection and radiation.
