目的探讨多层螺旋CT在胆道梗阻病变中的应用价值.方法选取我院收治的经临床诊断证实为胆道梗阻病变的患者47例为观察组,同时,选取无胆道扩张及无胆管系统疾病者的多层螺旋CT胆道重建图像50例作为对照组,对比分析两组的多层螺旋CT扫描数据.结果观察组的CPR及MPR图像对胆管壁及胆道结构的显示效果明显优于对照组,观察组的CPR图像显示能力明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).多层螺旋CT判断梗阻原因的准确性为89.4%,判断梗阻部位的准确性为100.0%.结论给予胆道梗阻病变患者螺旋CT扫描,能够将患者的梗阻扩张部位、胆管壁情况及胆道结构有效显示,还能判断梗阻原因,值得推广.

Objective?To evaluate the value of spiral CT on diagnosis of biliary obstruction disease. Methods 47 patients with obstruction of biliary tract lesions were selected in our hospital as the observation group, while 50 patients with no biliary tract dilatation and no biliary system diseases were selected as the control group, the data of spiral CT of both groups was compared. Results The display effect of CPR and MPR image of bile duct wall and biliary structures of observation group were better than that in the control group, the CPR image display capable of observation group was better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The accuracy of multi slice spiral CT judging the cause of obstruction was 89.4%, while the accuracy of judging the site of obstruction was 100%. Conclusion spiral CT scan on the obstruction of biliary tract lesions, can effectively display the site of bile duct wall, biliary structures, and can judge the cause of obstruction, it is worth popularizing.
