目的讨蛭龙活血通淤胶囊抗大鼠动脉粥样硬化和降血脂的作用.方法用维生素D3和高脂饲料诱发动脉粥样硬化模型,雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组:等体积蒸馏水,灌胃同时给予普通饲料;模型组,蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊高、中、低剂量组,辛伐他汀组:等体积蒸馏水,灌胃同时给予高脂饲料;1次/d,连续给药12周后,检查血脂相关指标、主动脉病变情况、心脏组织的情况.结果蛭龙活血通淤胶囊使大鼠的血脂相关指标、主动脉病变情况有不同程度的改善,且蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊高剂量组作用更明显.结论蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊具有抗动脉粥样硬化和降血脂的作用.

Objective To discuss the Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsule in rats atherosclerosis and blood lipid. Methods The use of vitamin D3 and high-fat diet induced atherosclerosis model, male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group:volume of distilled water, stomach while giving ordinary feed;model group, Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsule high, middle, low dose group, simvastatin groups such as:volume of distilled water,g astric lavage at the same time;given the high fat diet;1/d, continuous 12 weeks after administration, examination of blood lipids、aortic disease、cardiac tissue. Results The Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsule to rat blood lipids、aortic lesions、heart tissue lesions have different degrees of improvement, and the Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsule in high dose group were more obvious effect. Conclusion The Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsule anti atherosclerosis and blood lipid.
