目的对胫前皮肤缺损采用腓浅动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复的临床效果进行分析研究,为胫前皮肤缺损寻找合适的治疗方法.方法将本院自2010年5月至2011年3月收治的胫前皮肤缺损患者18例作为研究对象.18例患者均采用腓浅动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复方法,术后随访8~16周,对皮瓣成活情况进行评价,比较术后不同时期患者患肢麻木感情况.结果术后随访,18例患者皮瓣全部成活,其中有1例患者皮瓣部分坏死,经过治疗后痊愈,患者患肢麻木感随时间推移逐渐减弱,16周后完全消失,麻木感消失时间比较(P<0.05),有统计学意义.结论胫前皮肤缺损采用腓浅动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复不仅手术安全可靠,且疗效显著不影响主干血管,是治疗胫前皮肤缺损的首选方法.

Objective Analysis of the anterior tibial skin defects using the clinical effect of the superficial peroneal artery antegrade island flap repair. Methods Anterior tibial admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to March 2011, 18 patients with skin defects as the object of study. Superficial peroneal artery antegrade island flap repair method, patients were followed up for 8 weeks to 6 years, the flap survival evaluate and compare different postoperative period in patients with limb resting a sense of numbness. Results 18 patients with flaps all survived patients flap partial necrosis healed after treatment, patients with limb resting a sense of numbness gradually weakened over time, completely disappeared after 16 weeks, resting a sense of numbness The disappearance time comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion The anterior tibial skin defects using peroneal artery antegrade island flap repair not only surgery is safe and reliable, and the effects do not affect significantly the main vessel, the preferred method for the treatment of skin defects of the anterior tibial.
