目的观察超乳联合房角分离术治疗慢性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效以及术后房角形态的改变.方法选择确诊为慢性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的64例(86只眼),对手术前后的视力、眼压、视野、中央前房深度、房角形态进行对照观察.结果术后随访4~18个月,全部房角均较术前增宽,中央前房深度明显加深.80只眼(93%)视力明显提高,84只眼(98%)眼压明显降低,82只眼(95%)房角全部开放.结论超乳联合房角分离在治疗慢性闭角型青光眼方面可有效降低眼压,提高视力,加深前房,开放房角,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with lysis of the synechiae in the management of chronic angle-closure glaucoma. Methods Select diagnosed 64 cases of chronic angle-closure glaucoma and cataract (86 eyes), The anterior chamber depth、visual acuity、configuration of chamber anger、intraocular pressure were observed. Results After a mean postoperative follow up of 4~18months,Compared with preoperative, all angle widening, Central anterior chamber depth significantly deepened.80 eyes (93%)improved eyesight, 84 eye (98%) significantly reduce intraocular pressure, 82 eye (95%) angle were all open. Conclusions Phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of chronic angle-closure glaucoma, which can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure, visual acuity improved, deepening of the anterior chamber, and opening angle, worthy of clinical application.
