目的探讨丙泊酚全麻人流术前2h放置米索前列醇的效果.方法①研究组:丙泊酚全麻人流术前2h放置米索前列醇0.4mg.②对照组:单用丙泊酚全麻人流术.然后比较两组患者的反应及手术效果.结果两组患者在扩宫条使用方面无显著性差异,在扩宫时间、手术时间、麻醉药量、子宫出血比较有显著性差异.研究组在患者肢体活动、子宫穿孔、人流不全、宫腔粘连四方面的发生例数均比对照组少.结论丙泊酚全麻人流术前2h阴道放置米索前列醇,可缩短扩宫时间及手术时间,也减少子宫出血及丙泊酚使用量,使患者在无痛苦终止妊娠同时减少宫颈粘连,子宫穿孔及麻醉意外的发生率.
