目的观察微创技术在龋齿治疗中的去腐效果.方法选择我院2012年1月至2012年7月收治的龋齿患者100例作为研究观察对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组患者采取微创去腐技术进行龋齿治疗,对照组患者采用常规牙钻机械去腐备洞治疗龋齿,比较分析两组患者的配合率、疼痛率、临床疗效以及去腐效果.结果微创技术在去腐治龋方面的临床效果与传统牙钻技术相比没有显著差异,两者都能够有效治疗龋齿、预防继发龋产生;微创技术因其自身具备的无痛、安全特点,患者的合作程度和满意程度较高;微创技术在临床治疗过程中给患者带来的疼痛感和不适感较少.结论应用微创技术治疗龋齿临床效果及去腐效果良好,安全性较高,患者疼痛程度减轻,能够积极配合治疗.

Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of caries in effect to rot. Methods In our hospital from 2012 January to 2012 July were caries patients 100 cases as study object, were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group patients take minimally invasive to rot technique for caries treatment, patients in the control group using conventional drill machine to rot the cavity in the treatment of dental caries, comparative analysis of two groups of patients,with the rate of pain ratings, clinical effcacy and effect to rot. Results The minimally invasive technique in treatment of caries to rot the clinical effect with traditional drilling technology has no significant difference compared, both to be effective in the treatment of dental caries, prevention of secondary caries; minimally invasive technique because of its own characteristics of patients with painless, safe, cooperation degree and degree of satisfaction is higher; minimally invasive technique in the clinical course of treatment to patients with pain and discomfort less. Conclusion The application of minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of dental caries clinical effect and to rot to good effect, high safety, less pain of the patients, to actively cooperate with treatment.
