目的观察喉罩在困难气道中的临床价值及其可行性.方法随机选取100例预测为困难气道的患者,将其随机分为气管插管组和喉罩置入组,每组50例,观察两组效果.结果喉罩置入组首次成功率90.0%,高于气管插管组的72.0%;喉罩置入组置入时间显著低于气管插管组插管时间;喉罩置入组置入前后HR、SBP、DBP无明显变化,置入或置管时稍降低;而气管插管组在插管后HR、SBP、DBP在插入或置管时稍降低,5min后明显升高,且气管插管组在插管或置入5min后HR、SBP、DBP显著高于喉罩置入组,P<0.05.结论喉罩通气是解决困难气管内插管有效的方法之一,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To observe the laryngeal mask airway diffcult the clinical value and its feasibility. Methods 100 cases randomly selected forecast for diffcult airway patients, its randomly divided into trachea cannula group and laryngeal mask intogroups, each group of 50 cases, observe the effect of the two groups. Results A laryngeal mask for the frst time in group success rate of 90.0%, higher than the trachea cannula group of 72.0%; Laryngeal mask placement group placement time was signifcantly lower than endotracheal intubation group intubation time. Laryngeal mask placement group before and after placement HR, SBP, DBP, no obvious changes, placement or catheter slightly reduced, And trachea cannula group in after intubation SBP, DBP in HR, insert or catheter slightly lower, 5 minutes later increased signifcantly, and the trachea cannula group in intubation or placement 5 minutes HR, SBP, DBP laryngeal mask is signifcantly higher than in group, P<0.05. Conclusion Laryngeal mask airway is to solve diffcult endotracheal intubation effective way, is worthy of clinical use.
