目的探讨医护合作术前心理护理在普外科患者中的应用效果.方法将20例普外科手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规术前护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用医护合作心理护理,比较两组患者术前手术应激情况及配合度.结果观察组在手术前夜的SAS评分、HR、SBP显著低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的手术配合度为100%显著高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05).结论医护合作术前心理护理有利于缓解普外科手术患者的不良心理,降低患者的手术应激,提高手术配合度.

Objective To investigate the effect of doctor-nurse cooperation psychological nursing in general surgery department patients. Methods 120 general surgery department patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given conventional preoperative nursing, the observation group was given doctor-nurse cooperation psychological nursing on the basis of the control group, preoperative physiological stress condition and operation coordination were compared between two groups. Results The degree of operation coordination was 100% in the observation group that was signifcantly higher than 80.0% in the control group (P<0.05). SAS score, HR, SBP in the observation group on the eve of operation were signifcantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Doctor-nurse cooperation psychological nursing can alleviate the adverse psychological general surgery department patients, decrease operation stress, and improve the operation coordination.
