为了提高生物制药工艺学课程的教学质量.将LBL教学法主要应用于分离纯化技术的理论授课,PBL教学法主要应用于各类生物药物具体生产工艺的讲授.这种相结合的教学模式可以提高学生的自学能力、语言表达能力,培养学习兴趣.因此,在教学改革实践不断深入的背景下,重视PBL和LBL在生物制药工艺学课程教学中的有机结合可以增强教学效果和学生的综合水平.

To improve the teaching quality of biopharmaceutical technology. The teaching mode of the LBL was mainly applied in theoretical instruction of separation and purifcation technology, the teaching mode of the PBL was mainly applied in instruction of specifc production processes of various biologic medication. The combination mode improved the ability of self-study and expression of students, developed students’ interest in studying. Therefore, based on the proceedings of innovation teaching and learning, best combination of PBL with LBL increased teaching effciency and students' comprehensive level.
