竹材薄壁组织在竹材工业化利用的多个方面常会造成不同程度的生产障碍、资源浪费、环境污染等.基于此及竹材纤维细胞与薄壁细胞的力学性能、细胞形态、胞间层黏结方式等的差异,提出了采用机械手段高效分离竹材薄壁细胞组织与维管束组织.文中重点分析了竹材薄壁组织的分离对竹材制浆的良好促进作用以及薄壁细胞的有效利用方法,阐述了目前可以实现薄壁组织与维管束组织分离的机械方法及其优劣,并提出了表征薄壁细胞分离效果的方法.

Parenchyma cells often caused some production obstacles, resource wastes, environmental pollution in bamboo utilization, but there is not yet cost-effective way to separate parenchyma cells. China has so abundant bamboo resources around the world that it is significant to seek for efficient technology to separate the parenchyma cells from bamboos. In this paper, the concept of separation of parenchyma cells and vascular was come up on the basis of discussing the bamboo structure. The necessity of mechanical progress to separate the parenchyma cells from vascular bundles in industrial utilization was discussed. The current mechanical methods to achieve this target and characterization methods were summarized and analyzed.
