目的探讨静脉血清miR-200c水平对胃癌的诊断价值.方法采用逆转录荧光PCR方法检测50例胃癌患者和50例健康对照者静脉血清中miR-200c的表达,统计分析miR-200c与临床病理参数之间的关系.结果胃癌患者中血清miR-200c水平明显高于健康对照组;ROC曲线分析显示,miR-200c诊断胃癌的ROC曲线下面积为0.725(95%CI 0.698~0.851),敏感度和特异度分别为67.5%和78.5%.miR-200c水平与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小和TNM分期无关.结论血清miR-200c水平可能成为胃癌独立诊断标志物.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum miR-200c as a tumor biomarker in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Fifty patients with gastric cancer and 50 healthy controls were enrol ed in the study. Total RNA was extracted from serum samples for measurement of miR-200c levels using real-time PCR. The relationship between miR-200c levels and clinical characteristics of gastric cancer patients was analyzed. Results The relative abundance of serum miR-200c was signif-icantly higher in gastric cancer group than that in control group(P<0.05). The AUC-ROC for diagnosing gastric cancer was 0.725 (95%CI 0.698~0.851), and the sensitivity and specificity was 67.5%and 78.5%separately. The circulating miR-200c level was not correlated with the sex, age, tumor volume and TNM stage. Conclusion These data suggest that increased miR-200c levels are detected in the blood of gastric cancer patients and circulating miR-200c may be used as biomarker for gastric cancer.
