在纠偏调衡思维指导下,以脾胃藏象的生理病理特点为依据,明确“凡是以恢复中焦脾胃功能为最终目的的治则”皆可谓吴鞠通所言“治中焦如衡,非平不安”,具体包括调整阴阳、虚实兼顾、寒热并用、升降相因、气血并调、通补兼施等内容,其本质是中医正治原则,是辨治脾胃病的治疗总则.该治则不仅适用于外感中焦温病,也是辨治内伤脾胃病的重要法则之一,对临床上常见的内伤脾胃病如慢性胰腺纤维化的治疗等具有一定的指导意义.

재규편조형사유지도하,이비위장상적생리병리특점위의거,명학“범시이회복중초비위공능위최종목적적치칙”개가위오국통소언“치중초여형,비평불안”,구체포괄조정음양、허실겸고、한열병용、승강상인、기혈병조、통보겸시등내용,기본질시중의정치원칙,시변치비위병적치료총칙.해치칙불부괄용우외감중초온병,야시변치내상비위병적중요법칙지일,대림상상상견적내상비위병여만성이선섬유화적치료등구유일정적지도의의.
With the guidance of the philosophical thinking of rectification and the balance regulation, al the principles whose purpose of the recovery of the spleen and stomach function can be cal ed treatment principle of the middle-jiao disease which is like balance which is famous saying of Wu Jutong on the basis of the physio-logial and pathological characteristics of spleen and stomach visceral picture.The specific contents of this saying includes: regulating yin and yang, cold and heat used together, coordination of ascending and descending, qi and blood regulated together ,whose essence is the zheng zhi prin-ciples. It is general treatment principle of spleen stomach disease which can be adopted to the middle-jiao spleen stomach disease. It is of significant mean-ing for guiding the treatment of the spleen stomach disease such as chronic pancreastic fibrosis.
