人是自然界的一份子,能够生存于自然界,必然有其维持生命的本能.“正邪不两立”,一旦有“病邪”,机体肯定会有相应的“抗病”措施,有趋向痊愈的本能反应.医生在辨证施治时,实际上应是根据“正气”的需要,而给予“辅助”,并非主观地进行干预.掌握“正气”需要的协助,而加以适当的方药或针灸等“辅助”.这才是真正的朴实的辨证施治思维,这才是中医学的精髓,真正的、王道的辨证论治思维.

Human is a part of the natural world. Having existed in this world, they are born with survival instincts. Therefore, "Vital qi and pathogen would not exist at the same time", once pathogenic factors exist, human's body wil produce the antibody against it. During syndrome differentiation, doc-tors should give "assistance" according to the assistance needed by "Vital qi" in ones, instead of intervening the process subjectively. To practice the most powerful and solid thinking of syndrome differentiation, which is the essence of TCM, is to determine the assistance needed by "Vital qi", and apply ap-propriate assistance such as medication and acupuncture.
