[目的]总结国家级名老中医徐志瑛教授诊治支气管哮喘的经验.[方法]随师侍诊,临证分析其辨治支气管哮喘的经验.[结果]徐志瑛教授诊治支气管哮喘,辨病与辨证相结合,采用中药从病变的不同时期来辨证论治.发作期治当清热豁痰,祛风通窍;迁延期应予益气养阴,祛风化痰;缓解期必先补肺养阴,健脾益肾.清肺祛风应贯穿于病程的始终.[结论]徐老临床经验丰富,以擅治呼吸系统疾病而著称,其临床辨证思维及遣方用药的独到之处,值得我们学习.

Objective] Sum up the diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma experience of distinguished veteran TCM doctor of Xu Zhiying.[Method] The author studies from Professor Xu Zhiying, and makes clinical analysis of the treatment of bronchial asthma experience.[Results]Professor Xu Zhiying has experience on the treatment of bronchial asthma with the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation, use of Chinese medicine from the different stages of the disease based on syndrome differentiation. During attack, clearing heat and eliminating phlegm, Qufeng Tongqiao; in lag phase supplementing qi and nourishing Yin, expel phlegm; in remission, nourish lung Yin, spleen and kidney. Clearing lung to remove wind should always run through the course. [Conclusion] Xu's rich clinical experience in treating respiratory system disease is wel known, with her own knack in its clinical dialectical thinking and prescription, worth learning.
