[目的]探讨雷公藤甲素对糖尿病大鼠尿白蛋白的影响及其机制.[方法] S D大鼠随机分为正常对照组(N G)、糖尿病模型组(D G)、小剂量雷公藤甲素治疗组(TG1)、大剂量雷公藤甲素治疗组(TG2),各组15只.实验的第4、8、12周末,每组随机选出5只大鼠留取标本,测定24h尿白蛋白量、体重、肾重、血糖、甘油三酯;肾做常规病理观察.[结果]与NG组比较,DG组大鼠24h尿白蛋白水平显著升高(P<0.01),TG1、TG2组较DG组则显著降低(P<0.01),TG1与TG2两组间差别亦有显著性(P<0.01);与4W比较,DG组12W的24h尿白蛋白水平明显升高(P<0.01),而同周的TG1、TG2组则显著降低(P<0.01),而与8W比较,TG1和TG2组12W的24h尿白蛋白水平明显降低(P<0.05).[结论]雷公藤甲素能有效降低糖尿病大鼠24h尿白蛋白量.

[목적]탐토뢰공등갑소대당뇨병대서뇨백단백적영향급기궤제.[방법] S D대서수궤분위정상대조조(N G)、당뇨병모형조(D G)、소제량뢰공등갑소치료조(TG1)、대제량뢰공등갑소치료조(TG2),각조15지.실험적제4、8、12주말,매조수궤선출5지대서류취표본,측정24h뇨백단백량、체중、신중、혈당、감유삼지;신주상규병리관찰.[결과]여NG조비교,DG조대서24h뇨백단백수평현저승고(P<0.01),TG1、TG2조교DG조칙현저강저(P<0.01),TG1여TG2량조간차별역유현저성(P<0.01);여4W비교,DG조12W적24h뇨백단백수평명현승고(P<0.01),이동주적TG1、TG2조칙현저강저(P<0.01),이여8W비교,TG1화TG2조12W적24h뇨백단백수평명현강저(P<0.05).[결론]뢰공등갑소능유효강저당뇨병대서24h뇨백단백량.
Objective] To investigate the effects of triptolide on urinary albumin in diabetic rats and its possible mechanisms. [Methods] SD rats were randomly divided into Normal control group(NG), Diabetic model group(DG), Low dose triptolide treatment group(TG1), High dose triptolide treatment group(TG2). Five rats of each group were randomly selected and the organ specimens were removed in the fourth, eighth and twelfth week of the experiment. 24 hours urinry albumin(24hUAL), body weight, kidney weight, plasma glucose and triglyeride were determined. Renal tissue was observed by routine pathological examination.[Results] Compared with the NG group, 24hUAL in the DG group, was significantly increased in the fourth, eighth, twelfth week, and remarkable statistic difference was found. But in the TG1 and TG2 groups, it was markedly attenuated, and notable statistic difference was found. Compared with that in the fourth week, 24hUAL in the twelfth week was significantly risen in the DG group, which was evidently decreased in the Triptolide treatment group, and notable statistic difference was also found. [Conclusion] Triptolide could efficiently decrease urinary albumin in diabetic rats.
