Cordyceps cicadae%fingerprint%HPLC
[目的]建立蝉花药材的HPLC指纹图谱的分析方法.[方法]采用高效液相色谱法对11批蝉花药材进行分析.色谱条件:Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速0.5mL/min,检测波长248 nm,柱温30℃,记录色谱图60 min.[结果]11批蝉花药材得到的指纹图谱相似度较高,标示了17个共有峰,方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好.[结论]该方法所建立的指纹图谱特征性强,为蝉花药材的内在质量控制提供了依据.

Objective]To establish a method of fingerprint analysis of Cordyceps cicadae by HPLC. [Methods]The HPLC method was performed on a Hypersil BDS C18 column(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm),the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution and the flow rate was 0.5 mL/min, the detection wavelength was set at 248 nm, the column temperature was 30℃, and the chromatograms were recorded in 60 min.[Results]The chromatographic profiles of the samples col ected from different sources were similar and seventeen common peaks were identified in the HPLC fingerprint of Cordyceps cicadae. Good precision ,stability and repetition were shown. [Conclusion]The developed fingerprint method is of high individuality and specificity and can be applied for quality evaluation of Cordyceps cicadae.
