为探讨沿海涂地设施葡萄土壤养分状况及其对果实品质的影响,以温岭市设施葡萄集中产地的13个葡萄园为对象,对土壤养分、pH值现状、覆膜前后的变化及与果实品质的关系进行了研究.结果表明,本市沿海设施葡萄园土壤pH6.6~8.2,呈弱碱性土,有机质、含盐量和碱解氮含量一般,分别为22.05 g/kg、0.8 g/kg和122.23 mg/kg,有效磷和速效钾达到108.52 mg/kg和753.38 mg/kg,含量十分丰富;覆膜后,土壤有机质、氮、磷、钾水平变化不大,但69.2%的园地土壤出现酸化,土壤含盐量也提高85.6%;pH值与单果质量间极显著正相关,有机质和有效磷与单果质量达显著负相关水平,其他元素与果实品质间无显著相关性.试验表明,我市葡萄园土壤养分状况整体较为适合葡萄生长,但覆膜后存在明显土壤酸化和盐碱化问题,且能影响果实品质,需合理施肥进行土壤改良.
為探討沿海塗地設施葡萄土壤養分狀況及其對果實品質的影響,以溫嶺市設施葡萄集中產地的13箇葡萄園為對象,對土壤養分、pH值現狀、覆膜前後的變化及與果實品質的關繫進行瞭研究.結果錶明,本市沿海設施葡萄園土壤pH6.6~8.2,呈弱堿性土,有機質、含鹽量和堿解氮含量一般,分彆為22.05 g/kg、0.8 g/kg和122.23 mg/kg,有效燐和速效鉀達到108.52 mg/kg和753.38 mg/kg,含量十分豐富;覆膜後,土壤有機質、氮、燐、鉀水平變化不大,但69.2%的園地土壤齣現痠化,土壤含鹽量也提高85.6%;pH值與單果質量間極顯著正相關,有機質和有效燐與單果質量達顯著負相關水平,其他元素與果實品質間無顯著相關性.試驗錶明,我市葡萄園土壤養分狀況整體較為適閤葡萄生長,但覆膜後存在明顯土壤痠化和鹽堿化問題,且能影響果實品質,需閤理施肥進行土壤改良.

To find out the main soil nutrient status and its effects on the fruit quality of grape protected cultivation in coastal land, the current status of soil nutrients, pH value and the changes fore-and-aft film mulching, as well as its correlation with fruit quality were studied in 13 vineyards of Wenling city. The results showed that the soils of the 13 vineyards were mainly weakly alkaline, with pH value ranging from 6.6 to 8.2. The organic matter, salinity and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen were 22.05 g/kg, 0.8 g/kg and 122.23 mg/kg in general, while available phosphorus and available potassium richly reached 108.52 mg/kg and 753.38 mg/kg. After film mulching, the level of soil nutrients such as organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were slightly different, but 69.2 percent of soils were more acidic with a 85.6 percent promotion in soil salinity. The fruit weight was significant positively correlated with pH value, but negatively correlated with organic matter and available phosphorus. In addition, the other soil elements hadn't significant correlation with fruit quality. The studies suggested that the soil nutrient status in these vineyards were suitable for grapevine growth on the whole, whereas an obvious soil acidification and salinization problem appeared after film mulching, which could affect fruit quality. So scientific and rational fertilization were required for soil improvement.
