目的:探讨抑制磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶信号通路对骨髓瘤细胞凋亡的作用.方法:选择笔者所在医院收治的多发性骨髓瘤患者30例,随机分为实验组和对照组.结果:LY294002联合地塞米松的的细胞抑制率、细胞凋亡率、Bcl-2、Bim、Caspase-3、Caspase-9的相对水平与单用地塞米松比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:抑制磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶信号通路可有效抑制骨髓瘤细胞凋亡.

Objective:To explore the effect of inhibition of PI3K signaling pathway on apoptosis of myeloma cells.Methods:30 patients with MM in our hospital were selected,which were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.Results:Cell inhibition rate,apoptosis rate,Bcl-2,Bim, Caspase-3,Caspase-9 in LY294002 combination with DME had significant differences with DME only (P<0.05).Conclusion:Inhibition of PI3K signaling pathway can effectively inhibit apoptosis of myeloma.
