目的:探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、Ki-67及P53蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达及其临床病理意义.方法:采用免疫组化方法分别检测82例前列腺癌及20例前列腺增生(BPH)患者PCNA、Ki-67及P53蛋白表达,对其两者之间的差异进行分析比较.结果:PCNA、Ki-67及P53蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达率高于在前列腺增生(BPH)中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在低分化前列腺癌(G3)及有淋巴结转移者的表达率高于在高分化前列腺癌(G1)及无淋巴结转移者的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:PCNA、Ki-67及P53蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达率与病理分级及淋巴结转移有关,联合检测PCNA、Ki-67及P53蛋白对前列腺癌的早期诊断、临床预后具有一定意义.

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein in prostate cancer.Methods:To detect the expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein in 82 cases of prostate cancer and 20 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by immunohistochemistry, then to analyze and compare the difference between them.Results:The expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein in prostate cancer was higher than which in benign prostatic hyperplasia,it was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and it was higher in prostate cancer which was poorly differentiated(G3) or lymphatic metastasis than which in high differentiation(G1) or without lymphatic metastasis,it was statistically significant difference too(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein in prostate cancer is related to the pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis,it has a certain significance to the early diagnosis and the clinical prognosis of prostate cancer by detected the expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein jointly.
