在有机化学反应中,卡宾是一类重要的反应中间体,而相转移催化反应也是有机合成中常用到的反应类型.在高校有机化学实验的教材中,常用合成7,7-二氯双环[4.1.0]庚烷作为掌握卡宾和相转移催化反应的例子.但教材中用到的催化剂都为季铵盐,最常见的就是三乙基苄基氯化铵(TEBA).文章将探讨用无毒的相转移催化剂聚乙二醇-400(PEG-400)代替毒性较大的TEBA,减少有机实验对环境的污染,在教学过程中体现绿色化学的理念.

In Organic reactions, carbene is one of important reaction intermediates and phase transfer catalytic reaction is one of common reaction types. In textbooks of colleges and universities, synthesis of 7,7-Dichlorodicyclo[4.1.0]heptane is used as an example for comprehension of carbene and phase transfer catalytic reaction. However, the catalysts used in the textbooks are quaternary ammoniums and the most common is trithylbenzylammonium chloride (TEBA) . In this study, green environmen-tal-protective phase transfer catalyst [poly (ethylene glycol)-400] is explored to use in the preparation of 7,7-dichlorodicyclo [4.1.0]heptane in order to replace TEBA, which has high toxicity. It may reduce environment pollution caused by organic ex-periment and embody the idea of green chemistry in teaching process.
