The components in smoked plum concrete were extracted with extraction,and then qualitatively and quantitalively analyzed by GC/MS. Twenty-two compounds were identified. The smoked plum concrete was added into cigarettes as tobacco flavoring and evaluated by panelists. The results indicated that the offensive odor of cigarette smoke was obviously lowered, and the smoke stimulation was reduced, and sweetness of cigarette smoke was increased by the addition of the extract.
