“价值思维,效益导向”是以科学发展观为指导,把创造价值、创造效益作为决策依据与评价标准的企业思维,是科学发展观在企业的具体体现和实际运用.文章阐述了“价值思维,效益导向”理念的科学性,探讨了坚持“价值思维,效益导向”理念须正确处理4个关系,提出了贯彻“价值思维,效益导向”理念的措施.

The conceptions of value-based thinking and benefit-oriented which take the creation of value and benefit as the decision-making basis and evaluation standard in running companies, are the reflection and application of scientific outlook on development in enterprises. This paper first elaborates the scientificity of the conceptions of value-based thinking and bene-fit-oriented, then explores that four relations must be handled properly, finally puts forward several suggestions to implement them.
