目的 了解我院儿科门诊处方用药情况,促进临床合理用药.方法 从电子处方库中随机选取2012年7月至2013年6月本院儿科门诊就诊儿童共6000人次的电子处方,就合理用药项目进行分类统计和综合评价.结果 每人次处方平均用药5.3种,平均药费61.7元,注射剂使用率60.5％,抗菌药物使用率53.6％,糖皮质激素使用率27.4％.结论 儿科门诊处方用药基本合理,但还存在一些问题.医院药学部须加强用药宣教,提高儿科医师及患儿家长对儿童安全用药的认识.

목적 료해아원인과문진처방용약정황,촉진림상합리용약.방법 종전자처방고중수궤선취2012년7월지2013년6월본원인과문진취진인동공6000인차적전자처방,취합리용약항목진행분류통계화종합평개.결과 매인차처방평균용약5.3충,평균약비61.7원,주사제사용솔60.5％,항균약물사용솔53.6％,당피질격소사용솔27.4％.결론 인과문진처방용약기본합리,단환존재일사문제.의원약학부수가강용약선교,제고인과의사급환인가장대인동안전용약적인식.
Objective To explore the medication situation of pediatric outpatient prescriptions at our hospital and to promote the rational drug use.Methods 6000 electronic prescriptions for children who visited pediatric clinics at our hospital from July,2012 to June,2013 were randomly selected from the electronic prescriptions database.Rational drug use items were classified and assessed integratively.Results Average 5.3 kinds of drugs was used in per prescription.The average prescription charge was 61.7 yuan.60.5％ drugs were used through injection.Antibacterials took account 53.6％ and glucocorticosteroid 27.4％.Conclusions The medication of pediatric outpatient prescriptions is relatively reasonable,although there are still some problems.The pharmacy department of the hospital should intensify propaganda and education concerning drug use and deepen the understanding of drug-using safety for both pediatricians and the parents of pediatric patients.
