目的探讨时间护理对难治性高血压患者治疗效果的影响.方法将我院难治性高血压患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组根据患者的生理及病理时间规律特点调整服药时间及护理干预,观察两组患者血压水平.结果观察组患者总有效率为96.67％,对照组患者总有效率为76.67％,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者按照医嘱服药的次数、按照医嘱服药的剂量、按照医嘱服药的时间以及坚持长期服药的患者明显多于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论根据患者的生理及病理时间规律特点调整服药时间及护理干预,能明显降低难治性高血压患者的血压水平,提高患者治疗的依从性,值得应用.

Objective To investigate the influence of time nursing care on the curative efficacy of patients with refractory hypertension.Methods 60 patients with refractory hypertension hospitalized into our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group were conventionally nnrsed,while the drug-taking time and nursing intervention for the observation group were adjusted according to the characteristics of the patient's physiological and pathological time rule.Blood pressure levels of both groups were observed.Results The total effective rate was 96.67％ in the observation group patients and was 76.67％ in the control group patients,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).More patients complied nith the doctor's advice-medication frequency,medication dosage,and when to take medication-and continuously took medication for a long term in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Adjusting drug-taking time and nursing intervention according to the characteristics of the patient's physiological and pathological time rule can reduce their blood pressure levels significantly and improve their compliance and is worth applying.
