目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)在直肠癌组织中的表达及意义.方法采用免疫组织化学法检测55例直肠癌患者癌组织中VEGF和Ki-67的表达情况,并分析其与直肠癌临床病理特点的关系.结果 55例直肠癌患者癌组织中VEGF和Ki-67的表达在淋巴结有无转移中存在明显差异(P＜0.05),不同的肿瘤浸润程度之间Ki-67表达存在差异(P＜0.05),而两者的表达与性别、年龄、组织分化程度无关(P均＞0.05),VEGF、Ki-67表达呈正相关(r=0.45,P=0.00).结论 VEGF和Ki-67表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润程度相关,VEGF和Ki-67可作为评估直肠癌预后的参考指标.

Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF and Ki-67 in rectal cancer.Methods Expression of VECF and Ki-67 in 55 cases of rectal cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results Immunohistochemical staining data showed that expression of VEGF and Ki-67 in patients with or without lymph node metastasis was significantly different (P ＜ 0.05).Ki-67 expression was showed a markedly differences among different tumor infiltrating degrees(P ＜0.05).There is no significant relationship between VEGF and Ki-67 with the gender) age) tissue differentiation degree (P ＞ 0.05).The expression of VEGF were positively correlated to the Ki-67 expression (r =0.45,P ＜ 0.001).Meanwhile the expression of VEGF and Ki-67 is associated with prognosis.Conclusion The expressions of VEGF and Ki-67 are associated with lymph node metastasis,tumor infiltration degree,which can be served as biomarkers in detection or prognosis of rectal cancer.
