目的：探讨缺血修饰清蛋白（IM A ）与2型糖尿病合并高血压的关系及其临床意义。方法选取2012年3～5月于第三军医大学第三附属医院体检的健康体检者150例为对照组，高血压内分泌科确诊的2型糖尿病合并高血压住院患者150例为实验组，用间接清蛋白钴结合试验（ACB法）测定两组血清IM A水平并进行比较分析。结果实验组患者血清IMA水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；且女性患者明显高于男性，35～50岁年龄组患者明显高于66～81岁年龄组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论 IM A检测对2型糖尿病合并高血压疾病具有早期监测和预防意义。
목적：탐토결혈수식청단백（IM A ）여2형당뇨병합병고혈압적관계급기림상의의。방법선취2012년3～5월우제삼군의대학제삼부속의원체검적건강체검자150례위대조조，고혈압내분비과학진적2형당뇨병합병고혈압주원환자150례위실험조，용간접청단백고결합시험（ACB법）측정량조혈청IM A수평병진행비교분석。결과실험조환자혈청IMA수평명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；차녀성환자명현고우남성，35～50세년령조환자명현고우66～81세년령조，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론 IM A검측대2형당뇨병합병고혈압질병구유조기감측화예방의의。
Objective To explore the relationship of ischemia modified albumin (IMA) with type 2 diabetes and hypertension ,and its clinical significance .Methods Serum IMA levels of 150 cases diagnosed with type 2 diabe‐tes and hypertension (experiment group) ,and 150 healthy individuals (control group) were detected by using albu‐min cobalt blinding test (ACB test) ,and compared between the two groups .Results There were significant differ‐ences of serum IMA levels between control group and experiment group (P<0 .05) .Serum IMA level of female pa‐tients were higher than male patients ,and that of patients of 35 -50 years old was higher than patients of 66 -81 years old (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Detection of IMA could be with significance for the monitoring and prevention of acute myocardial ischemia in patients combiend with type 2 diabetes and hypertension .
