水系统是民用客机中不可缺少的重要系统。在水系统的设计过程中,管路的设计占据着非常关键的位置,而对管路流动性能的数值模拟能够很好地指导管路的设计与优化。选取民用客机水系统中的加水管路作为研究对象,采用FLOWMASTER管网系统和CFD两种方法对加水管路在不同压差、不同壁面粗糙度条件下进行数值模拟,并对两种方法的计算结果进行比较分析。结果表明:FLOWMASTER管网系统能够快速、准确和可靠地获得流量等管路主要性能;而C FD方法则能够提供管路流动的流场细节信息。在水系统管路的设计过程中,应当充分利用这两种方法,发挥其各自优势,更好地完成水系统管路设计。

Water system is an important system in civil aircraft .During the design of water system ,the design of pipe is a key part .The numerical simulation of pipe flow can help the design and optimization of pipe .Selec‐ting the water supply pipe in the civil aircraft water system as the research object ,the water supply pipe is simu‐lated with FLOWMASTER pipe network system and CFD under different conditions of pressure differential and wall roughness and the results of the two methods are analyzed .Comparing the simulation of the two methods , result shows that FLOWMASTER pipe network system can obtain the main performance of pipe rapidly ,accu‐rately and reliably ,such as flow rate;while CFD can get detailed information of pipe flow field .In the design of water system pipe ,the two methods should be used in conjunction ,playing their respective advantages ,to fin‐ish the work better with the help of complementary advantages of the two methods .
