利用糠醛、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)等极性溶剂,正戊烷、正庚烷、石油醚等非极性溶剂对新疆混合原油减三线馏分进行萃取、反萃取,结合Al2 O3色谱柱吸附、洗柱等方法,从副产物中生产出主要质量指标合格的高芳烃橡胶油和环保型橡胶油。高芳烃橡胶油芳烃质量分数达80%以上,环保型橡胶油多环芳烃(PCA)质量分数在3%以下。剩余原料的杂质含量降低、碳型分布合理、黏度指数提高,比较适合做润滑油原料。做为催化裂化原料时轻质油收率提高2.9%、焦炭产率下降1.3%。

이용강철、N-갑기필각완동(NMP)、이갑기아풍(DMSO)등겁성용제,정무완、정경완、석유미등비겁성용제대신강혼합원유감삼선류분진행췌취、반췌취,결합Al2 O3색보주흡부、세주등방법,종부산물중생산출주요질량지표합격적고방경상효유화배보형상효유。고방경상효유방경질량분수체80%이상,배보형상효유다배방경(PCA)질량분수재3%이하。잉여원료적잡질함량강저、탄형분포합리、점도지수제고,비교괄합주윤활유원료。주위최화열화원료시경질유수솔제고2.9%、초탄산솔하강1.3%。
In repeated extraction and reverse extraction of Xinjiang commingled crude oil on third vac-uum side straight-run distillation cut with polar solvents like furfural,NMP and DMSO and non-polar sol-vents like n-pentane,n-heptane and petroleum ether,with the help of Al2 O3 chromatographic column ad-sorption and wash column,qualified high aromatic rubber oil and environmental protection rubber oil can be produced from the by-products.The quality volume of high aromatic rubber aromatic oil can be reached o-ver 80% and polyaromatic hydrocarbon PCA is under 3%.Surplus stock is suited to be crude lube stock with less impurity,reasonable carbon distribution and high viscosity index,which increases the light oil yield by 2.9% and reduces the coke yield by 1.3% as catalytic cracking material.
