通过在再生混凝土中加入不同掺量的橡胶颗粒和纳米材料,分析橡胶颗粒、纳米材料和龄期对再生混凝土的抗压强度和抗拉强度影响。试验表明:再生混凝土的抗压强度随着混凝土中橡胶颗粒的掺量的增加而降低,当再生混凝土中的橡胶颗粒掺量为3%时,混凝土的立方体抗压强度减小量最少,为7.73%;再生混凝土的抗拉强度先是随着橡胶颗粒的掺量的增加而增加,而后随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加而减小,其中当橡胶颗粒的掺量为3%时,抗拉强度达到最高,较再生混凝土提高2.58%。掺入纳米材料可以较大幅度的提高再生混凝土的抗压强度,尤其可以提高再生混凝土的早期强度;再生混凝土的早期强度增长速度较大,而后期增长效果并不明显。

Through the recycled concrete with different dosage of rubber particles and nano materials,analysis of rubber particles,nano-materials and ages on compressive strength and tensile strength of recycled concrete.Test showd that the compressive strength of recycled concrete with the increase of dosage of rubber particles in the concrete and reduce,when 3%dosage of rubber particles in recycled con-crete,concrete cube compressive strength reduction was the least,7.73%;First the tensile strength of recycled concrete with rubber parti-cles increase with the increase of the content,and then decreased with the increase of dosage of rubber particles,including when rubber particle content of 3%,reached the highest tensile strength of recycled concrete was increased by 2.58%.Incorporation of nano materials can significantly increase the compressive strength of recycled concrete,especially can improve the early strength of recycled concrete;Re-cycled concrete early strength growth rate was larger,and the late growth effect was not obvious.
