为了研究微钢纤维掺量对水泥基复合材料相关性能的影响,采用普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰、外加剂、以及微镀铜钢纤维进行水泥基复合材料配合比试验。设计和制作了三种不同纤维掺量的27组立方体、棱柱体、抗拉和抗折试件,通过试验,获得了不同纤维掺量下水泥基复合材料的力学性能,分析研究微钢纤维掺量与水泥浆复合材料相关性能的关系,建立了相应的数学模型。研究结果为普通水泥基复合材料的工程设计及工程应用质量评价提供参考依据。

To study the effects of micro steel fiber content on the related properties of cement-based composite materials.It carried out the ratio test of cement based composite material by using Portland cement,coal ash,silica fume,admixtures and micro Cu-plated steel fiber.Then 27 groups of cubes and prisms with 3 different fiber contents were designed and made to test the tensile and flexural properties. Through the test,the different mechanical properties of cement based composite materials with different fiber content were obtained.At last,a corresponding mathematical model was established by analyzing the relationship between the micro steel fiber content and the relat-ed properties of cement composite material.The research results can provide a reference for the engineering designs and quality assessment of engineering applications of ordinary cement based composite materials.
