以C45普通混凝土为基准,用橡胶颗粒等体积取代细骨料制成橡胶混凝土,橡胶颗粒粒径分为5~8目、30~40目和60~80目三种,橡胶颗粒掺量分为5%、10%和15%三种。通过试验测定了不同配合比橡胶混凝土的含气量和坍落度,探讨了混凝土含气量和坍落度随橡胶颗粒粒径及掺量不同的变化规律。研究结果表明:橡胶颗粒的掺入起到了一定的引气作用,且橡胶颗粒掺量越大、粒径越小引气效果越明显;5~8目橡胶颗粒的掺入增大了混凝土的坍落度,且掺量越大增加效果越明显,而30~40目和60~80目橡胶颗粒的掺入使混凝土的坍落度先增加再减小。

Rubber concrete was made by replacing fine aggregate at equal volume substitution ratio with rubber particles ,which based on C45 normal concrete,and rubber particles were 5~8 mesh、30~40 mesh and 60~80 mesh,rubber particles dosage were 5%、10%and 15%.Experimental determined the air content and slump of the rubber concrete in different concrete mix ,and discussed the variation of concrete air content and slump with the difference of rubber particle size and dosage.The results showed that the incorporation of rubber particles played a certain role of entraining effect,and the entraining effect was more obvious with the rubber particles dosage larger and particle size smaller;the incorporation of 5~8 mesh rubber particles increases the slump of concrete and the effect was more obvious with dosage greater,while the concrete slump first increases and then decreased when mixed with 30~40 mesh and 60~80 mesh rubber particles.
