建立老旧导线微动腐蚀的模型,对老旧导线进行微动腐蚀和微动疲劳试验,对比分析腐蚀对于老旧导线的损伤形态,根据Miner线性累计理论对微动腐蚀和微动疲劳下的老旧导线进行寿命预测。结果表明:根据规范配置的腐蚀溶液模拟得到的1天的腐蚀速率与服役中后期的老旧导线的1年的腐蚀速率吻合性较好;根据微动腐蚀试验及剩余寿命计算的模型预测得出老旧导线的剩余寿命为30年,说明老旧导线在盐雾腐蚀环境下的微动疲劳上满足受力要求。

By established the old wire model of fretting corrosion and have the old conductors fretting corrosion and fretting fatigue tests,comparative analysis the corrosion morphology of old conductors for damage,according to the Miner linear cumulative theory predict the old conductors life under the fretting corrosion and the fretting fatigue. The results showed that:according to the specification used the etching solution fits better by the simu-lated corrosion test conducted one day corrosion rates of the corrosion rate in service of the latter one-year old conductor;based on the model predictions of fretting corrosion test and calculate the remaining life of the old conductors to draw remaining life of 30 years,indicating the force to the old wire on fretting fatigue meet the re-quirements.
