针对轮式车辆传统悬架机构及变阻尼系数半主动悬架的不足,提出了一种具有距地高调节及刚度调节的双弹簧对称布置式悬架机构。在建立数学模型的基础上,对悬架系统距地高及车姿调节的实现机理进行了阐述;结合刚度系数变化,对悬架特性、半主动控制的实现机理、悬架系统结构的稳定性进行了分析,提出了该悬架正常工作的稳定性条件。研究表明:该刚度可调悬架机构可实现车辆距地高及静态车姿的调节,但由于悬架等效刚度随着悬架压缩量的增加而降低,使得其应用受到一定限制。
針對輪式車輛傳統懸架機構及變阻尼繫數半主動懸架的不足,提齣瞭一種具有距地高調節及剛度調節的雙彈簧對稱佈置式懸架機構。在建立數學模型的基礎上,對懸架繫統距地高及車姿調節的實現機理進行瞭闡述;結閤剛度繫數變化,對懸架特性、半主動控製的實現機理、懸架繫統結構的穩定性進行瞭分析,提齣瞭該懸架正常工作的穩定性條件。研究錶明:該剛度可調懸架機構可實現車輛距地高及靜態車姿的調節,但由于懸架等效剛度隨著懸架壓縮量的增加而降低,使得其應用受到一定限製。

In view of the shortage of traditional suspension mechanism on wheeled vehicle as well as semi-active suspension by adjusting damping coefficient,a new suspension mechanism is presented with double springs arranged symmetrically for adjusting stiffness and terrain clearance.The realization mechanism a-bout regulating terrain clearance and vehicle attitude is explained respectively on the basis of its mathe-matical model,the suspension feature and its semi-active control function are interpreted according to the changes of stiffness coefficient.In addition,its stability is analyzed and so its stable condition for normal working of suspensions is derived.The study shows that this suspension mechanism with adjustable stiff-ness can adjust vehicle’s terrain clearance as well as static vehicle attitude,but its use is within a certain limit due to the decrease of suspension equivalent stiffness with the increase of suspension compression.
