网络时代，微博作为一种广为流行的交流沟通媒介受到了高校大学生的青睐，这在潜移默化中改变着传统的思想政治教育方式，对高校思想政治教育模式提出了新要求，因而高校应该充分发挥微博的“广泛关注”、“多重评论”和“及时转发”等功能传递积极健康、催人奋进的正能量，创新思想政治教育模式，提高思想政治教育的实效性。

In the era of network, College students are interested in Micro-blog which is a popular communication of new media. It changes the traditional Ideological and Political Education and puts forward the new request to the Ideological and Political Education mode in colleges. Therefore, the colleges should give full play micro-blogging "widespread concern", "multiple comments" and the "timely forward" and other functions to transfer positive energy, create the mode of ideological and political education, then improve the effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education.
