Evaluation on P.E Teachers in Vocational Colleges is an effective in terms of the construction of PE teaching staff, the advancement of PE teachers' professional level and the management of PE teachers. This paper explores,from the perspective of education modernization,the comprehensive quality evaluation system aiming to provide theoretical reference for the construction and the management of PE teaching staff in in vocational colleges using methods like literature,logic analysis, expert interview, questionnaire and analysis hierarchy processing and so on.
