办公室是学校的综合工作部门，具有承上启下、联系左右、沟通内外的地位和作用。要提升学校办公室工作水平，必须从增强大局意识、参政意识、责任意识、服务意识、规范意识等五个方面，把握好职能定位和工作特点，发挥好参谋、助手、协调、服务的职能和作用，提升办公室工作水平。
辦公室是學校的綜閤工作部門，具有承上啟下、聯繫左右、溝通內外的地位和作用。要提升學校辦公室工作水平，必鬚從增彊大跼意識、參政意識、責任意識、服務意識、規範意識等五箇方麵，把握好職能定位和工作特點，髮揮好參謀、助手、協調、服務的職能和作用，提升辦公室工作水平。
판공실시학교적종합공작부문，구유승상계하、련계좌우、구통내외적지위화작용。요제승학교판공실공작수평，필수종증강대국의식、삼정의식、책임의식、복무의식、규범의식등오개방면，파악호직능정위화공작특점，발휘호삼모、조수、협조、복무적직능화작용，제승판공실공작수평。
School office is the school's comprehensive department with a very important position and role.It not only links the upper and lower parts of the school,but also connects affairs inside and outside the school.To improve the work of the school office,five aspects must be emphasized:overall situation consciousness,political consciousness,sense of responsibility, service consciousness and consciousness of norms.Also,the function orientation and work characteristics must be well-under-stood.Roles of advisor,assistant,coordinator and service functions must be fully displayed.
