改革开放三十年来我国医疗保障改革经历了一系列阶段，取得了一定成就，也遭遇了各种困难。因此有必要分析我国医疗保障改革三十年来的发展历程及其成就，解析我国医疗保障改革发展各阶段遭遇的困难，对进一步完善我国医疗改革提出对策建议，以期更好地提高人民群众的医疗保障福利，同时控制政府财政风险。
改革開放三十年來我國醫療保障改革經歷瞭一繫列階段，取得瞭一定成就，也遭遇瞭各種睏難。因此有必要分析我國醫療保障改革三十年來的髮展歷程及其成就，解析我國醫療保障改革髮展各階段遭遇的睏難，對進一步完善我國醫療改革提齣對策建議，以期更好地提高人民群衆的醫療保障福利，同時控製政府財政風險。
개혁개방삼십년래아국의료보장개혁경력료일계렬계단，취득료일정성취，야조우료각충곤난。인차유필요분석아국의료보장개혁삼십년래적발전역정급기성취，해석아국의료보장개혁발전각계단조우적곤난，대진일보완선아국의료개혁제출대책건의，이기경호지제고인민군음적의료보장복리，동시공제정부재정풍험。
Since three decades of China’s reform and opening up ,Medicare reform has made some achievements through a series of stages,but also encounter various difficulties,this paper attempts to analyze the basis of the development process of China’s reform of Medicare and its achievements of three decades ,explain the difficulties of health care reform at the various stages of the development,to further improve our health care reform we put forward suggestions to better improve the people’ s Medicare benefits,while control government financial risks.
