分别用圆二色光谱仪和旋光仪对右旋葡萄糖和左旋硫酸奎宁进行比旋度检测。研究表明,无论是右旋还是左旋化合物,两种方法测定的结果相近,相对误差小于5%。但用圆二色光谱仪检测的线性范围要比旋光仪法宽10倍,检出限低一个数量级,稳定性更好。进一步对原料药哌拉西林钠和他唑巴坦用圆二色光谱仪法进行比旋度的检测,结果均与中国药典吻合。但用圆二色光谱法不仅样品用量少,而且能获得200~600nm范围内样品旋光度的变化趋势,从而能对样品的旋光性进行全面研究,并且能进行单波长、多波长和连续波长的旋光检测。圆二色光谱法操作便捷、准确、灵敏,有较好的实用性。

In this paper ,the specifical rotation (SR) of chiral medicine detection of (+ )‐glucose and (-)‐quinine sulfate are measured by circular dichroism (CD) spectrometer and polarimeter .The investiga‐tion indicates that the results of two methods are similar ,and elative error is less than 5% ,no matter it is right or left handed compounds .However ,linear range measured by CD spectrometer is 10 times larger than that by polarimeter .T he detection limit of CD spectrometer is less than that of polarimeter for an or‐der of magnitude .The stability of CD spectrometer is better than that of polarimeter .The detect results of SR for piperacillin sodium and tazobactam are identical with Chinese Pharmacopoeia .However ,CD spec‐trometer method not only needs a smaller amount of sample ,but also can record optical rotation change of two medicines during 200‐600nm ,so that the OR property of the samples may be completely researched . In addition ,OR detection could be carried out on single wavelength ,multi‐wavelength and continuous wavelength .The procedure of CD spectrometer is convenient ,accurate ,sensitive and has good practicabil‐ity .
