建立了制备氮气中六氟化硫气体标准物质的方法。以称量法制备气体标准物质并计算定值,采用气相色谱法对制备的气体标准物质的均匀性和稳定性进行考察。将所制备的标准物质与中国计量院提供的氮气中六氟化硫气体标准物质进行比对分析验证,确保了气体标准物质量值的准确可靠。结果表明,所研制的浓度为10μL/L 的氮气中六氟化硫气体标准物质定值的扩展不确定度为2%,贮存有效期为1 年,完全能够满足电力部门仪表的检定与校准要求。
建立瞭製備氮氣中六氟化硫氣體標準物質的方法。以稱量法製備氣體標準物質併計算定值,採用氣相色譜法對製備的氣體標準物質的均勻性和穩定性進行攷察。將所製備的標準物質與中國計量院提供的氮氣中六氟化硫氣體標準物質進行比對分析驗證,確保瞭氣體標準物質量值的準確可靠。結果錶明,所研製的濃度為10μL/L 的氮氣中六氟化硫氣體標準物質定值的擴展不確定度為2%,貯存有效期為1 年,完全能夠滿足電力部門儀錶的檢定與校準要求。

The method for preparing sulfur hexafluoride in nitrogen gas reference material was set up. Gas reference material was prepared by weighting method and the value of the gas constant was calculated,uniformity and stability of gas reference material prepared were investigated by using gas chromatography. Sulfur hexafluoride in nitrogen gas reference material was compared with that provided by China Institute of Metrology to verify and ensure the accuracy of the reliability of gas reference material. The results showed that the developed concentration 10 μL/L expanded uncertainty of the sulfur hexafluoride in nitrogen gas reference material given value was 2%,storage valid for one year,fully able to meet the electricity sector instruments test and calibration requirement.
