为研究制动力作用下高速铁路简支梁桥与CRTS Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道的相互作用问题,以沪昆高铁上某12×32 m双线简支箱梁为工程背景,建立考虑钢轨-轨道板-底座板-梁体-墩台的一体化有限元模型,系统分析单线制动和双线同向制动工况下轨道和桥梁结构的受力及变形规律。研究结果表明:钢轨制动力及位移对加载位置极为敏感,检算时应考虑多种荷载位置的影响;单线制动作用下钢轨与轨道板相对位移、CA砂浆剪切位移、桥梁和底座板相对位移均处于弹性范围内;当车辆在桥上靠近桥台处制动时,摩擦板可有效地减少传递至路基段的纵向力;双线同向制动作用下各项效应与单线制动有载侧趋势相同,桥梁和底座板将发生相对滑动。
為研究製動力作用下高速鐵路簡支樑橋與CRTS Ⅱ型闆式無砟軌道的相互作用問題,以滬昆高鐵上某12×32 m雙線簡支箱樑為工程揹景,建立攷慮鋼軌-軌道闆-底座闆-樑體-墩檯的一體化有限元模型,繫統分析單線製動和雙線同嚮製動工況下軌道和橋樑結構的受力及變形規律。研究結果錶明:鋼軌製動力及位移對加載位置極為敏感,檢算時應攷慮多種荷載位置的影響;單線製動作用下鋼軌與軌道闆相對位移、CA砂漿剪切位移、橋樑和底座闆相對位移均處于彈性範圍內;噹車輛在橋上靠近橋檯處製動時,摩抆闆可有效地減少傳遞至路基段的縱嚮力;雙線同嚮製動作用下各項效應與單線製動有載側趨勢相同,橋樑和底座闆將髮生相對滑動。

The 12 multiply by 32 m double-track simply-supported box beam in the Shanghai-Kunming rail-way was cited as an example to study the track-bridge interaction between the high-railway simply-supported bridge and CRTS Ⅱballastless track under braking force.The integration finite element model of rail-beam-slab-base board-pier was established to analyze the law of stress and deformation on the structures under the condition of single and double lines braking.The research results show that,the braking force and displacement of trail are extremely sensitive to loading position,and hence various load positions should be considered;under the load of single line braking,the displacement between rail and slab,shear displacement of CA mortar and the displacement between bridge and bedplate are in the elastic range;when the train brakes near the bridge abut-ment,the friction plate can decrease the longitudinal force transmitting to the subgrade section effectively;the a-bove-mentioned effects of track under the case of braking on both lines are similar with the loaded track under the case of braking on a single line,and relative sliding will occur between bridge and bedplate as well.
