运用聚类和因子分析方法对内蒙古杭锦后旗砷中毒病区高砷地下水水化学资料进行了分类和信息提取,采用分层聚类法将地下水分为5类具有不同水化学特征的地下水。因子分析法解释了研究区81.35%的水化学数据,并提取出4个高砷水环境的主要因子:盐渍化因子、还原环境因子、碳影响因子和吸附因子,揭示出高砷地下水的主要水化学类型为矿化度较高的重碳酸盐-氯化物型和氯化物型,高砷水的形成与含水层强的还原环境密切相关。两种多元统计方法均发现高砷地下水具有低浓度的SO2-4和高浓度的硫化物、氨氮、有机碳(DOC )及溶解的甲烷气体。在矿化度较高且HCO3-占主导的苏打水中,砷和氟往往同时富集,并伴有浓度较高的硼。此外,盐渍化作用对地下水中砷的富集有一定的促进作用。

This paper uses cluster and factor analyses for underground water hydrochemical Data of high levels of arsenic to rank and extract information in high arsenic hyperendemic area of Inner Mongolia Hangjinhouqi ,and divides groundwater into five categories with different hydrochemical characteristics with hierarchical cluster analysis .81 .35% of the water chemistry data is explained with factor analysis .It is Extracted Four main factors of water environment of high levels of arsenic ,i .e .salinization factor ,reduction en‐vironment factor ,carbon footprint appears factor and adsorption factor .The study revealed the main hydrochemical types of ground‐water of high levels of arsenic are the bicarbonate -chloride water and chloride water with higher salinity ,and the formation of high levels of arsenic are closely associated with the aquifers of strong reducing environment by two multivariate statistical methods .And we found that groundwater of high levels of arsenic is with the characteristics of the low concentrations of sulfate ions ,and the high concentrations of sulfides ,ammonia nitrogen ,organic carbon and the dissolved methane gas .In the sparkling water with higher sa‐linity and higher levels of bicarbonate ions ,it enriches both of the arsenic and fluorine ,with higher levels of boron .Moreover ,salin‐ization can promote to enrich arsenic into the groundwater .
