随着高职院校的不断发展与扩大，图书馆的各类资源也在不断扩大，但在目前的高职院校图书馆中，却普遍存在着资源的扩大与用户的需求未能和谐统一的问题。以常州工程学院教师用户为例，对其信息资源的需求进行了调研与分析。
隨著高職院校的不斷髮展與擴大，圖書館的各類資源也在不斷擴大，但在目前的高職院校圖書館中，卻普遍存在著資源的擴大與用戶的需求未能和諧統一的問題。以常州工程學院教師用戶為例，對其信息資源的需求進行瞭調研與分析。

ABSTRACT:Along with the continuous development and expansion of higher vocational college, all kinds of resources of the library is expanding, too. However, in the library of higher vocational college, there commonly is the problem of that the resource expansion and user demand are failed to harmony. Taking the teacher users of Changzhou Institute of Engineering Technology as the example, this paper carries out survey and analysis on their information resource requirements.
