利用免疫亲和柱净化-液相色谱检测方法,对我国山东、河北、吉林等10个地区小麦粉中呕吐毒素污染情况进行了调查,并对小麦粉中呕吐毒素膳食暴露量进行分析。结果发现,所取小麦粉样品呕吐毒素检出率为30%,最高含量为0.862 mg/kg,未超过国家标准限量规定,但呕吐毒素的污染较为广泛,且存在一定的膳食暴露风险。
利用免疫親和柱淨化-液相色譜檢測方法,對我國山東、河北、吉林等10箇地區小麥粉中嘔吐毒素汙染情況進行瞭調查,併對小麥粉中嘔吐毒素膳食暴露量進行分析。結果髮現,所取小麥粉樣品嘔吐毒素檢齣率為30%,最高含量為0.862 mg/kg,未超過國傢標準限量規定,但嘔吐毒素的汙染較為廣汎,且存在一定的膳食暴露風險。
이용면역친화주정화-액상색보검측방법,대아국산동、하북、길림등10개지구소맥분중구토독소오염정황진행료조사,병대소맥분중구토독소선식폭로량진행분석。결과발현,소취소맥분양품구토독소검출솔위30%,최고함량위0.862 mg/kg,미초과국가표준한량규정,단구토독소적오염교위엄범,차존재일정적선식폭로풍험。
Using Immunoaffinity Column-HPLC method,the contamination of DON in wheat powder in ten areas of Shandong,Hebei,Jilin province was investigated and the dietary exposure risk was analyzed. 30%of selected wheat powder samples were found DON. The highest content of DON was 0.862 mg/kg which was less than national standard limit. However,the contamination of DON in samples was widely and some dietary exposure risk was existed.
