探讨用有机溶剂浸提法从花生红衣中提取单宁的工艺,通过分析比较提取单宁的影响因素,并用正交试验法确定提取花生红衣中单宁的最佳工艺条件。最佳提取工艺条件为无水乙醇作为提取剂,保持50℃的恒温回流,时间为5 h,料液比为1∶30 g/mL;在此工艺条件下,花生红衣的提取含量为0.331 mg/g。

This article discussed the technics of extracting tannin with organic solvent from peanut-skin ,By comparing and analyzing the influencing factors of extraction, with the orthogonal experimental method to determine the optimum conditions of extracting tannin peanut skin .The optimum extraction process was obtained as followed:make absolute ethyl alcohol as extraction solvent,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 30 g/mL,extraction temperature of 50 ℃,extraction duration of 5 h.Under the above condition,the extraction rate of tannin from peanut-skin was approximately 0.331 mg/g.
