目的：关于心理干预对清创缝合患者疼痛程度影响的探讨。方法：将我院2011年4月～2013年6月的外科门诊进行清创缝合手术的患者80例为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各自40例，对照组采用常规护理清创缝合，观察组在常规护理清创缝合基础上增加心理干预，对2组的疼痛程度进行比较分析。结果：对照组的重度疼痛率为30．0％，高于观察组，而观察组的中度疼痛率和轻度疼痛率分别为50．0％、40．0％，都高于对照组；观察组的并发症发生率与患者满意度分别为10．0％、90．0％，得出并发症发生率比对照组要低很多，并且患者满意度要高于对照组。结论：在清创缝合手术中进行心理干预十分重要，有很多优势，并发症发生率降低、患者满意度提高、使清创缝合患者疼痛感降低，值得临床推广。
목적：관우심리간예대청창봉합환자동통정도영향적탐토。방법：장아원2011년4월～2013년6월적외과문진진행청창봉합수술적환자80례위연구대상，수궤분위대조조여관찰조，각자40례，대조조채용상규호리청창봉합，관찰조재상규호리청창봉합기출상증가심리간예，대2조적동통정도진행비교분석。결과：대조조적중도동통솔위30．0％，고우관찰조，이관찰조적중도동통솔화경도동통솔분별위50．0％、40．0％，도고우대조조；관찰조적병발증발생솔여환자만의도분별위10．0％、90．0％，득출병발증발생솔비대조조요저흔다，병차환자만의도요고우대조조。결론：재청창봉합수술중진행심리간예십분중요，유흔다우세，병발증발생솔강저、환자만의도제고、사청창봉합환자동통감강저，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the psychological intervention on wound suture pain effect on clear.Methods:Outpatient surgery in our hospital in 2011 April-2013 year in June the Qing 80 cases wound sutureoperation patients as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group, each 40 cases, the control group with routine nursing debridement,the observation group in the conventional nursing clearincrease psychological intervention on the basis of asuture, comparative analysis the degree of pain relief in two groups.Results:In the control group, the severe pain of30.0%, higher than the treatment group, and the observation group with moderate pain and mild pain rate was 50.0%,40.0%, the observation group was higher than that in control group;the incidence rate of complica-tions and patient satisfaction were 10.0%,90.0%, the complication rate was lower than in the control group, and patients satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:In thedebridement suture operation is very important inpsychological intervention, had many advantages:lower incidence of complications, improve the patients'satisfaction, debridement suture reduced sense of pain, might be worth the clinical promotion.
