目的：探讨孟鲁司特片辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法：将100例3～14个月的毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，2组均采用综合治疗包括吸氧、雾化止咳、强心利尿、镇静等，同时给予热毒宁注射液0．6 ml／kg加入5％葡萄糖100 ml静脉滴注，每天1次，治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特片4 mg，每晚1次口服。对治疗前后患儿症状、体征持续时间、气道阻力参数进行比较。结果：治疗组在治愈率方面明显高于对照组，在缓解喘憋、缩短哮鸣音及咳嗽持续时间、住院天数方面均明显短于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：孟鲁司特片辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎，可缩短病程，改善肺功能，疗效确切，且方便、安全，可作为辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的主要药物。
목적：탐토맹로사특편보조치료소인모세지기관염적료효급안전성。방법：장100례3～14개월적모세지기관염환인수궤분위치료조화대조조，2조균채용종합치료포괄흡양、무화지해、강심이뇨、진정등，동시급여열독저주사액0．6 ml／kg가입5％포도당100 ml정맥적주，매천1차，치료조재종합치료적기출상가용맹로사특편4 mg，매만1차구복。대치료전후환인증상、체정지속시간、기도조력삼수진행비교。결과：치료조재치유솔방면명현고우대조조，재완해천별、축단효명음급해수지속시간、주원천수방면균명현단우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：맹로사특편보조치료소인모세지기관염，가축단병정，개선폐공능，료효학절，차방편、안전，가작위보조치료소인모세지기관염적주요약물。
Objective:To investigate the monostele auxiliary treatment of children with capillary bronchitis curative effect and safety. Methods:100 cases of 3~14 months of bronchiolar were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups were treated with comprehensive therapy including oxygen, aerosolized cough, cardiac diuretic, sedative, but given the Dunning Injection 0.6 ml/kg in 5%glucose 100 ml intravenous drip, once per day, foundation treatment group;in the comprehensive therapy combined with monostele tablets 4 mg, orally 1 times every night.To compare before and after treatment in children with symptoms and signs, duration, airway re-sistance parameters.Results:The cure rate in treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, in relieving asthma, wheeze and cough and shorten hospitalization duration, were significantly shorter than the control group (P&Lt;0.05).Conclusion:special auxil-iary bronchiolar treatment of monostele, can shorten the course of disease, improve lung function, curative effect might be exact, conven-ient and safe, the main drugs could be used as an auxiliary treatment of children with bronchiolar.
