目的：探讨醒脑静注射液治疗急性重度酒精中毒的临床疗效。方法：将我院确诊的165例酒精中毒患者随机分为3组，每组55例，A组常规支持治疗，B组在常规支持治疗的基础上给予纳洛酮，C组在常规支持治疗的基础上给予醒脑静，观察各组患者的显效和痊愈时间，并比较各组患者的意识清醒、能正确回答问题以及能够独立行走的时间，以及药物的不良反应等临床治疗效果。结果：C组患者的显效时间和痊愈时间均短于A、B（ P＜0．05）；C组患者的意识清醒时间、能正确回答问题时间以及能够独立行走时间也均短于A、B组，其差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：醒脑静治疗急性重度酒精中毒的临床疗效满意，有效缓解临床症状，缩短病程，促进苏醒，并在呕吐、恶心等并发症的发生上得到了很好的控制，具有临床应用价值，值得推广使用。
목적：탐토성뇌정주사액치료급성중도주정중독적림상료효。방법：장아원학진적165례주정중독환자수궤분위3조，매조55례，A조상규지지치료，B조재상규지지치료적기출상급여납락동，C조재상규지지치료적기출상급여성뇌정，관찰각조환자적현효화전유시간，병비교각조환자적의식청성、능정학회답문제이급능구독립행주적시간，이급약물적불량반응등림상치료효과。결과：C조환자적현효시간화전유시간균단우A、B（ P＜0．05）；C조환자적의식청성시간、능정학회답문제시간이급능구독립행주시간야균단우A、B조，기차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론：성뇌정치료급성중도주정중독적림상료효만의，유효완해림상증상，축단병정，촉진소성，병재구토、악심등병발증적발생상득도료흔호적공제，구유림상응용개치，치득추엄사용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of acute severe alcoholism.Methods:165 cases of alcohol poisoning patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 3 groups, 55 cases in each group, A group of conven-tional treatment, B group was given naloxone based on conventional supporting treatment, C group were given Xingnaojing based on con-ventional supporting treatment, observed in patients with response and recovery time, and compared between groups of patients conscious, to be able to answer the question correctly and can walk independently of the time, and side effects of drugs in clinical treatment effect. Results:Group C patients onset time and recovery time were shorter than the A, B ( P<0.05 );group C patients conscious of time, to be able to answer the question correctly and in time to walk time was shorter than the A, the B group, which were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Clinical effect of Xingnaojing Injection in treating acute severe alcoholism satisfaction, could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, shorten the course of disease, promote recovery, and obtained good control in vomiting, nausea and other complica-tions, has clinical application value, might be worthy to be popularized.
